The vision when developing the GeoSignage Content Management System (CMS) was always to help transport companies to improve passenger satisfaction and reduce the perceived travelling time. Therefore, GeoSignage built a system where the user easily can upload and manage new content, creating dynamic content and configure triggers to start the right content at the right time and place.

By centralising the management of infotainment displays and passenger portals in one system GeoSignage create a convenient solution that do not only give the passengers but also the system user a good experience. The result is a dynamic and appealing communication channel between you and your passengers that improves passenger satisfaction and that can be used to increasing advertising revenue.

The CMS enables the user to manage the playback of images, videos, video surveillance sequences, RSS-feeds and real time information in the right time and place, while being able to monitor the system but without having to visit the vehicles for updates. The user controls the GeoSignage CMS by signing into the web-based user interface (UI) from any computer. 

In the UI the user can find all required tools to manage operations such as uploading content, planning playlists and configuring geo-fences among other things.

The user can see detailed reports containing aggregated statistics of where and when various content was played, all to ease the system monitoring. The reports can be filtered and exported and is often used as market material by media companies.
